After two days of intense deliberations and strategic planning, the leadership of the KKCRA (Kigezi Kampala Catholics Residents Association) has successfully concluded their retreat at the prestigious St. Augustine Institute in Nsambya.
The retreat aimed to formulate warm plans and strategies for community development, while also providing leaders with essential skills for voluntary service. With a lineup of diverse facilitators, various topics in leadership, investment, and community development were thoroughly addressed.
Participants engaged in lively discussions and workshops, exploring innovative approaches to tackling challenges facing the community. From effective leadership techniques to sustainable investment practices, attendees gained valuable insights to drive positive change in their respective spheres.
The climax of both days was marked by a solemn Holy Mass,led by Caretaker Priest Rev Fr Benedict Mubangizi symbolizing the spiritual underpinning of the community's endeavors and the importance of faith in their collective journey towards progress.
As the retreat came to a close, participants were energized and inspired to implement the strategies and ideas discussed, fostering unity, empowerment, and upliftment within the Kigezi community and beyond.
